Printer Admin Print Job Manager 6.0 Client Billing Edition  -- Unlimited Server License

The license is permanent (one-time purchase price for long-term use). Print Job Manager 6.0 Client Billing Edition can manage and control the print jobs for the following types of printers:

1. The shared printers on the print server \\PrintServer\Printer,

2. The printers connected to the workstations locally via LPT1, USB or COM port,

3. The printers connected to the network directly via the TCP/IP port (The users send the print jobs to the printer directly via

    the IP address of the printer using the local TCP/IP port IP_xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, instead of to the shared printer on the print server),

4. The printers connected to the print-server device (not the print server computer e.g. HP JetDirect print server).

An unlimited number of copies of the Print Job Manager 6.0 Client Billing Edition may be installed and used worldwide at any offices of the Licensee's Company, provided all copies are registered for the Company name.  Print Job Manager 6.0 Client Billing Edition may be installed and used by any number of users worldwide at any offices of the Licensee's Company. Each copy of the Print Job Manager 6.0 Client Billing Edition can use a local database or share a central database. With this License the Print Job Manager 6.0 Client Billing Edition will be licensed to the Licensee's Company name. A unique license key generated for the Licensee's Company name will save the trouble when entering the License info on multiple systems. The Licensee is not allowed to re-distribute or install the Software to any other computers which are outside of the Company offices or do not belong to the Company.

Number of users is determined by users who use the printer. The users are listed in Print Job Manager Preferences --> Users / Groups. The printers are listed in Preferences --> Printers -> List of Monitored Printers.

Optional Free Add-On Print Job Agent 1.0 ( Client Billing Module / Print Authentication Module /Direct IP Printer Agent)

• Allows users to enter a client billing code or project code;

• Allows users to confirm the print jobs or enter user ID and PIN from their workstations (Windows, Mac OSX / Classic, or Linux client) before the print jobs can be actually printed;

• Allows users to check their remaining balances / quotas from their workstations.

• Allows users to change PIN from their workstations.

• Tracks the direct IP printers (Users send the print jobs to the printer directly via the IP address of the printer, instead of to the shared printer on the print-server computer),

• Tracks the printers connected to a print-server device e.g. HP JetDirect (Users send the print jobs to the printer on the print-server device directly, instead of to the shared printer on the print-server computer).

Optional Free Add-On Print Release Station is installed next to the printer and holds the print jobs until user releases the jobs. The print jobs can be released by the user's identity or password to improve confidentiality. The print jobs can also be released after user makes payment. It has admin mode and user mode.
