Pricing Model A (based on the number of users, printers and print servers)

Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Standard Edition 

Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Standard Edition is licensed on a per copy basis. If one copy is installed, one license is needed. If two copies are installed, two licenses are needed. Each copy of Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Standard Edition is able to manage and control the printers on one or unlimited print servers.

The price per license covers:

1, One Printer Admin - Print Job Manager Standard Edition permanent license, and

2, The following Free Add-on that are unlimited in use, and

3, 12 months support, updates and upgrades ($180 value).

Note: A user is as a domain / directory / Windows logon account or an account you manually created in Print Job Manager Preferences --> Users / Groups.

Volume Discount Price

Example: You have 4 print servers that are in the local area network, and each print server has 25 printers.

Option1: If Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Standard Edition is installed on a central computer to monitor all 100 printers, one license of Unlimited Users & Unlimited Printers &  Unlimited Print Servers is required.

Option 2: If Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Standard Edition is installed on each print server to each monitor 25 printers separately, then four licenses of Unlimited Users & Unlimited Printers & 1 Print Server are required.

Optional Free Add-On

Print Job Report generates 100 reports in any language. It can be installed on any computer.

Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Premium Edition is licensed on a per copy basis.  If one copy is installed, one license is needed. If two copies are installed, two licenses are needed. 1. The printers on one or unlimited print servers,

2. The printers connected to the workstations locally using LPT, USB or other local ports,

3. The printers connected to the network directly via the IP address (The users send the print jobs to the printer directly via

    the IP address of the printer using the local port IP_xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, instead of to the shared printer on the print server),

4. The printers connected to the print-server device (not the print server computer e.g. HP JetDirect print server).

The price per license covers:

1, One Printer Admin - Print Job Manager Premium Edition permanent license, and

2, The following Free Add-ons that are unlimited in use, and

3, 12 months support, updates and upgrades ($180 value).

Note: If you don't have a print server (Users send the print jobs to the printer directly via the IP address of the printer or the printer that is connected to the workstation locally, instead of to the shared printer on the print server), you need only the license for 1 print server.

Example A: Your environment includes 500 users and 3 print servers that are in the local area network, each print server has 6 printers.

Option 1: If Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Premium Edition is installed on a central computer to manage print jobs for all 18 printers, then one license of Unlimited Users & Unlimited Printers & Unlimited Print Servers is required.

Option 2: If Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Premium Edition is installed on each print server, then three licenses of Unlimited Users & Unlimited Printers & 1 Print Server  are required.

Example B: Your environment includes 40 users and 4 IP printers that are not on the print server (Users send the print jobs to the printers directly via the IP address of the printers, instead of to the shared printer on the print server computer). Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Premium Edition is installed on a central computer and one license of 50 Users & 5 Printers & 1 Print Server is required.

Example C: Your environment includes 40 users and 4 printers that are connected to the print server device e.g. HP Jetdirect print server device (Users send the print jobs to the printers directly via the print server device, instead of to the shared printer on the print server computer). Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Premium Edition is installed on a central computer and one license of 50 Users & 5 Printers & 1 Print Server is required.

Example D: Your environment includes 100 users, 25 workstation-connected printers and 4 IP printers (Users send the print jobs to the printer directly via the IP address of the printer or the printer that is connected to the workstation locally, instead of to the shared printer on the print server). Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Premium Edition is installed on a central computer, one license of Unlimited Users & Unlimited Printers & 1 Print Server is required and 25 licenses of Print Job Agent (Workstation Connected Printer Agent) are required. .

Example E: Your environment includes 300 users, 25 workstation-connected printers, 5 IP printers (Users send the print jobs to the printers directly via the IP address of the printers, instead of to the shared printer on the print server) and 10 shared printers on 1 print server.

Option 1: If Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Premium Edition is installed on the print server directly, then one licenses of Unlimited Users & Unlimited Printers & 1 Print Server are required and 25 licenses of Print Job Agent (Workstation Connected Printer Agent) are required.

Option 2: If Printer Admin - Print Job Manager 5.0 Premium Edition is installed on a central computer to manage print jobs for all printers, then one license of Unlimited Users & Unlimited Printers & Unlimited Print Servers is required and 25 licenses of Print Job Agent (Workstation Connected Printer Agent) are required.

Optional Free Add-On Print Job Agent 1.0 (Authentication Module / Client Billing Module / Direct IP Printer Agent)

• Allows users to enter a client billing code or project code;

• Allows users to confirm the print jobs or enter user ID and PIN from their workstations (Windows, Mac OSX / Classic, or Linux client) before the print jobs can be actually printed;

• Allows users to check their remaining balances / quotas from their workstations.

• Allows users to change PIN from their workstations.

• Tracks the direct IP printers (Users send the print jobs to the printer directly via the IP address of the printer, instead of to the shared printer on the print-server computer),

• Tracks the printers connected to a print-server device e.g. HP JetDirect (Users send the print jobs to the printer on the print-server device directly, instead of to the shared printer on the print-server computer).
