We will reply your message no later than 24 hours. If you can't find an email from us, make sure it's not

Option 2: We can connect to your computer to do
the quick troubleshooting (Pacific Time 7:00 am - 7:00 pm).
3.1. Send an email to support@PrinterAdmin.com
asking for remote helpdesk,
3.2. Receive the confirmation email from
support@PrinterAdmin.com,
3.3. Download
http://www.PrinterAdmin.com/download/helpdesk.exe,
3.4. Double click
helpdesk.exe to
run it,
3.5. Double click "HelpDesk"
in the left panel to connect.
Option 3: Call support at 1-615-707-3697 (Pacific Time
7:00 am - 8:00 pm, Monday - Saturday).
